1. Post

Describe a task with a clear output and fixed pay. A moderator checks it, usually within a working day.

2. Pick and pay

Choose from applicants. Pay their fee plus a 12% Skillbraid fee by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay.

3. Approve

Review the work. When you approve, the learner is paid and the skills you hired for are verified on their Passport.

Pricing

  • Gigs: learner’s pay + 12% platform fee. No subscription.
  • Hiring a gig worker full-time: [HIRING FEE], once.
  • Colleges: free for the pilot cohort, then [PRICE] per student per year.
