Every business is verified

We check registration details (GSTIN, Udyam or AISHE) and call the owner before any gig goes live. A moderator reviews every gig.

Rules for 16–17 year olds

• A parent or guardian approves the account first.
• Only gigs marked “Open to 16–17” are shown: nothing hazardous, no work between 7 pm and 8 am, no more than 3 hours without a 1-hour break, and a 6-hour day at most.
• Not listed in employer search, and no targeted ads or behavioural profiling.
• Payouts can go to the student’s or guardian’s account.

Staying safe on in-person gigs

• Check the venue and timings before you accept. Tell someone where you’re going.
• Leave if anything feels wrong, and report it. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.
